Fad Diets for Weight Training
You may have noticed that a few days ago I wrote a blog article about extreme diets such as very low fat, very low carb, vegan and Paleo diets. I intended this to be a short, one-page summary of how these diets might fit in with an exercise and weight training program.
When I got to thinking about all the details, qualifications and do's and dont's for diets like these that require careful food planning to get the best from them -- they're not necessarily unhealthy -- I figured I might as well write a complete article with all the trimmings and make some suggestions for how you might approach what I call extreme or fad diets.
