One thing's for sure about the exercise sports and sciences : you can always get a great variety of opinion and presentation -- and About.com is no exception. The truth is that there are many ways to achieve similar ends with exercise in general and weight training and bodybuilding in particular.

And to keep track of what works and what doesn't -- maintain a diary of your progress and results.

It's worth checking out some great resources from the Exercise, Bodybuilding and Swimming guides.
