Don't Forget to Work Out While on the Road
Travel for business reasons is an important part of what many of us do for a living. You can't take the gym with you, but you can have a jog around the block that borders your hotel or motel. And you might just find a gym nearby that you can visit temporarily.
If not, you can always work out in your hotel room with bodyweight exercises like pushups and body squats -- no weights required. If you're really keen you can take resistance bands with you. These lengths of elastic-band exercise equipment are extremely versatile and pack easily in your luggage. It's tempting to take a break when you're away from home and that could be a good thing. On the other hand, keeping up a routine is important as well. Anyway, I hope everyone is home for Halloween, for which you are entitled to take a break from training!
