It will be difficult to succeed in your diet if you constantly obsess about losing weight. Staring at your reflection whenever you pass a mirror,running your hands over your trouble area to see.
Many people take health for granted, great list, people need to take their health more seriously, I thought I’d contribute Fitness Gym from the YMCA, may be of use to those who want to get a workout!

I gave up cigarettes and went from 126 to 200. I tried all sorts of diets and finally decided I’d rather die skinny than obese so I took up cigaretts again to cut my appetite. Instead of the afternoon snack of apple, I now make that snack a gin and tonic. I call my diet the tobacco and booze diet. I lost 70 pounds two years ago and am 130. Love it

Thanks for the great info. Poor diet and fitness is a major issue in the UK costing the NHS billions. I’m 48 years old and I weigh 74 kilos. I went vegetarian in 1990. I blog my daily routine at Buona-Health if anyone’s interested.
Thanks for this information. There’s really no sense in being physically active with, biceps and perfect abs and all, if we are not eating right. Diet is the basic foundation of our health.

i have seen many who work out everyday, and are fit. Die from heart attacks and many health issues.They take care of the outter body and neglect the inner with proper nutrition.
