Paleo, Warrior, Cave-Man Diets: Do They Work?

Paleo diets are recommended on the premise that we humans should eat as our ancestors did in the Paleolithic period more than 10,000 years ago. Then, Paleo advocates say, early humans ate mostly meat and vegetables and little in the way of  carbohydrates like sweet fruit, potatoes and grains, nor beans or dairy. In other words, a low-carb type of diet.

Do Paleo diets work for heavy gym trainers and athletes. Probably not if you want to be the best.
