Human Growth Hormone

The body produces human growth hormone or HGH naturally and it is essential to proper growth in men and women. Some people produce too much HGH and this can result in conditions such as gigantism and acromegaly that display typical growth excess symptoms like extreme height or large jaws.

Bodybuilders and athletes also supplement with human growth hormone in an attempt to build strength, muscle or athletic advantage. But is this a safe, legal, and useful strategy?
